With everyone turning to video calls to communicate during the “new normal” of the COVID-19 lockdown, Zendesk saw an opportunity to help businesses inject a bit of much-needed fun into their virtual gatherings; by bringing bingo bang up to date.

We re-imagined the game as a simple, second-screen experience that can be played in tandem with any online event, or meeting. By switching out numbers for the sights, sounds and stranger things commonly encountered on conference calls, we incentivised people to pay close attention to what was going on, rather than succumb to the usual distractions.

Accessible to everyone, not just Zendesk clients, the game is easily shared through internal and external channels. Branded with Zendesk’s unique style and tone, it can be used as a tool to encourage collaboration, and healthy competition, between teammates whether they’re WFH, in the office, or anywhere else in the world.
