The insight was clear: 70% of consumers prefer to order online directly from restaurants rather than through delivery marketplaces. Seizing this opportunity, the campaign aimed to guide customers directly to Nando’s by highlighting that they can order straight from nandos.co.uk.

The film captured the spontaneous and overwhelming craving for Nando’s, illustrating how it can strike anywhere, at any time. A surreal PERi-PERi portal, distorting reality in a whimsical, vivid portrayal of desire – prompting the question, "Mate, are you PERi-llucinating?"


Directed by Jocelyn Anquetil, the advertisement was broadcast across major networks including Sky TV, ITV,
and Channel 4.

Highlight—This campaign effectively tapped into consumer insights to promote direct ordering, using a creative narrative that humorously captures the irresistible urge for Nando’s, enhancing brand connection and driving direct sales through a memorable visual journey.
