The FT Commercial website had a lot to offer in terms of its ad services. But it needed work to lower its bounce rate.

To help, we held a UX workshop to determine where users were dropping off and what we could do about it. Our findings lead us to creating a strategy and messaging hierarchy that clearly provides the FT's audience with the information they need, as well as introducing an easy-to-update news section.

When building the website, we let lead generation be our guiding principle.

As a result, the messaging hierarchy was crafted to provide FT's audience with clear information keeping them reading longer. We also integrated an easily updatable news section, so the FT could always show their audience they're up-to-date and have their finger on the pulse. After just one month, bounce rate was significantly reduced by 25%.
