We’re on the hunt for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join the team who lives for building meaningful partnerships, inspiring teams, and driving growth.
Your role will report into Phantom’s Business Director within the Partnerships team. This is a full time, permanent role.

Who you are
You are a confident, accomplished client partner, with a proven track record of driving account and revenue growth. You are proud of the partnerships you build and motivated by converting opportunities into results by delivering best in class pitches and proposals.
You are a natural communicator, extremely approachable and exciting to work with, for both our internal teams and our external partners and collaborators.
A connector by nature, you’ll ensure Phantom continues building high-quality, collaborative partnerships that unlock great creative and commercial outcomes. You think big, but always know when to focus on the details that matter.

A big part of this role is sparking opportunities from nowhere. Not just responding to warm introductions, but proactively identifying great brand fits, building new networks, and reaching out with intent to open up introductions and create new conversations.
This role is about bringing senior judgement, pace and clarity to how Phantom grows through partnerships.
