Digital Producer / Project Manager (LDN)

Job description

Producers are at the heart of Phantom. Shapeshifters in the truest sense, our Producer team have ownership over their wide array of projects from beginning to end, and work in close direct collaboration with our incredible team and clients.

We’re on the hunt for multi-talented Interactive Producers with a penchant for digital experiences, who love bringing boundary-pushing projects to life.

Your role will report into a Lead Producer within the Producer team. This is a full time, permanent role.

Who we are

Phantom is a technology focused and creatively driven company, dedicated to elevating brands in the digital realm.

Started by our four co-founders in 2013, we’ve grown into a company 100+ Phantoms strong, with locations spanning across two hemispheres (our other studio in Auckland).

Our partners choose us because of the collaboration, innovation and creativity we all bring to every project. We choose our clients because they’re brands we love to work with, who in turn inspire us to make work we love.

We work on everything from large scale campaigns to creating immersive digital experiences and developing long lasting products. If you’re somebody who enjoys a new challenge each day and is looking to create the best work of your career, Phantom is your place.

Who you are

You are proud of your work and excited to share it with our partners, but you also have the confidence to manage their expectations.

You are communicative and approachable for both our teams and our partners.

You’ll ensure Phantom continues making high-quality, highly creative and technical work. You are knowledgeable, responsive and bring out the best in those around you. You think big and always know when to look at the smaller details.

Why we need you

Phantom has an exciting history of groundbreaking innovative creative work, both within our background of digital, and outside of it.

They’re also creative and proactive, great at leading brainstorms and capable of finding new ways to exceed the expectations of colleagues and partners.
